Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LIIGO collects when you visit this site or contact us, how we use it, and what we do not do with it. We have kept it short on purpose.
This policy covers the public marketing site only. If we end up working together, the data flow related to your engagement (the campaigns we run, the landing page we host, the leads we capture, the systems we operate on your behalf) is governed by your signed engagement agreement, not this policy.
What we collect
When you submit the Growth Assessment form, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number
- Your business name and details about the projects you build
- How you found us, if you share that
Your submission is handled by a small set of services that run our intake and booking:
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was submitted by a real person and not a bot.
- n8n, our workflow automation tool (self-hosted on Hetzner), receives the submission and routes it to the steps below.
- Supabase stores your submission in our prospect database.
- Resend delivers our email, including the notification that reaches our team and any messages about your assessment call.
- Calendly handles scheduling when you book your assessment call.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for site analytics. Cloudflare's analytics are privacy-first: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no personal data collected. It tells us aggregate things like which pages are visited and from which countries. Nothing that identifies you as an individual.
How we use it
We use your contact information exclusively to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Follow up on our conversation if you become a client
- Send project-related communication if we work together
That's it. We don't send newsletters. We don't add you to drip campaigns.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone
- We don't share your information with anyone beyond the service providers above that run our intake, booking, and analytics
- We don't use your data for advertising or retargeting
- We don't store payment information. We don't process payments on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and project communication for as long as is reasonably necessary to maintain the business relationship. If you'd like your information removed, email us and we'll take care of it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set functional cookies necessary for site security and performance. These do not track you across other sites and are not used for advertising.
