What we can run for you

LIIGO is a full-stack growth system for project-based outdoor-living and design-build operators. You stay on the job site. We run the work that grows the business while you are out there building.

The menu is the menu, not the offer. You sign for the modules that fit, not a tier. The key fits the lock: every engagement is shaped to one operator's business, so no two are identical. That is also why we do not publish prices. We assess first, configure what fits, then propose.

The hook bundle

The front of your growth.

These six run the front of your growth: getting found, getting leads, and getting those leads on the phone with you fast. Most first engagements start here.

    Meta / Facebook ads management

    Problem
Your best work sits in a camera roll while shared-lead sites sell you the same prospect they sold three other crews.
    System
We build and run your paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram: audience targeting in your suburbs, budget pacing, and creative made from your own job footage. The creative is static carousels built from your real before-and-after projects, because for outdoor transformations the change in the yard is the whole pitch.
    Outcome
Paid reach that points at homeowners near you who are ready to spend on a project, with reporting you can actually read.

Who it is for. Every operator. This is usually the first thing we turn on.

Bundles as. Hook. Pairs with the landing page and lead capture so the click has somewhere to land.

  • 02

    Custom landing page

    Problem
Your ads and posts send people to a Facebook page or a generic site that was not built to turn a curious homeowner into a booked call.
    System
A landing page built for your business on the same fast stack we run for every client, personalized to your name, your work, and the project type you want more of. Built from a reference library covering paver-patio and outdoor-kitchen, full-backyard design-build, outdoor lighting, deck and pergola, and drainage.
    Outcome
One page that does one job: show your work, then capture the lead.

Who it is for. Every operator running paid or organic traffic.

Bundles as. Hook. The destination for ads, content, and the booking flow.

  • 03

    Lead capture flow

    Problem
A homeowner fills out a form at 9pm and then waits. By the time anyone replies, they have already called the next crew.
    System
A capture form on your landing page wired to an instant email response, so the lead hears from your business the moment they hit submit.
    Outcome
No lead sits cold. Every inquiry gets an immediate, branded reply.

Who it is for. Every operator. The leak most operators do not know they have.

Bundles as. Hook. Feeds click-to-call routing and your booking calendar.

  • 04

    Click-to-call routing

    Problem
You are on a job site when the best lead of the week comes in, and a text-back bot is not going to close a big-ticket patio.
    System
When a lead submits the form, your phone rings within about a minute. A short prompt tells you who it is and what they want, you press one, and we connect you straight to the lead. Your voice closes them, not an autoresponder.
    Outcome
You reach new leads while they are still sitting at the kitchen table thinking about it.

Who it is for. Owner-operators who answer their own phone and want to.

Bundles as. Hook. Runs off the lead capture flow. Works without waiting on any texting approval.

  • 05

    Calendly booking integration

    Problem
Phone tag eats the days you should be quoting and building.
    System
A booking calendar with a short five-question intake, so when a homeowner books, the request routes to the right person and you walk in already knowing the project, the budget range, and the address.
    Outcome
Fewer back-and-forth calls, and you show up to every conversation prepared.

Who it is for. Operators who do consultations and site visits.

Bundles as. Hook. Pairs with lead capture and the landing page.

  • 06

    Organic content guidance pipeline

    Problem
You know posting grows the business, but between jobs you have no system, so it happens in bursts and then stops.
    System
We do not take over your posting. We give you the structure: a reference library of what works in your trade, shot lists for each project type, caption hooks, and our one-idea-to-three-hooks-to-nine-videos framework, plus a monthly session where we tell you which of your posts worked and what to film next. You record and post what you already record and post. We make it land.
    Outcome
A steady content habit that compounds, without you doing the research.

Who it is for. Operators already trying to post who want it to actually work.

Bundles as. Hook. Has a paid upgrade, see "Full-takeover content management" below.

Pipeline expansion

The depth, added when you need it.

The hook brings the volume. Pipeline runs the depth: the back-office work that strains once the leads start coming. We design these for your stack and build them when you sign for them, usually mid-assessment or at the sixty-day review once the lead data tells us what you need. Not a pre-built box. Cut to your business.

  1. 07

    CRM integration

    Problem
Leads, quotes, and jobs live in three places, or on a clipboard, and nothing talks to anything.
    System
We connect the front-end system we run to whatever you already use, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, a spreadsheet, or nothing yet, cut to fit your setup.
    Outcome
Leads flow into the place you actually manage work, without double entry.

Who it is for. Operators with a real job volume and a stack that does not connect.

Bundles as. Pipeline. Built for your specific tools when you sign for it.

  2. 08

    Multi-touch nurture sequences

    Problem
Most homeowners are not ready the day they inquire, and a quote that goes quiet is a job you lost to silence.
    System
A follow-up sequence that keeps your business in front of the lead after the first touch. Email first now, with texting added once carrier approval lands.
    Outcome
Slow leads warm up instead of going cold, so more of them book.

Who it is for. Operators with a long consideration window on big-ticket projects.

Bundles as. Pipeline. Reads off the same lead data as the hook.

  3. 09

    Quote automation

    Problem
Quotes get written from scratch each time, sent, and then never chased.
    System
A quote template plus send-and-track follow-up, so every estimate goes out faster and gets a nudge if it goes quiet.
    Outcome
Quotes out the door sooner and followed up without you remembering to.

Who it is for. Operators sending a lot of estimates and losing some to follow-up gaps.

Bundles as. Pipeline. Pairs with nurture and CRM integration.

  4. 10

    Route optimization

    Problem
A crew running four jobs in a day burns hours in the truck on a bad sequence.
    System
Day planning that orders your jobs around real constraints, crew windows, where the trailer lives, the hard stops in your day.
    Outcome
Less windshield time, more installs per day.

Who it is for. Operators running multiple installs a day with a crew.

Bundles as. Pipeline. Designed and drafted, built per operator on signing.

  5. 11

    Reviews / referral automation

    Problem
Your happiest customers would refer you, but nobody ever asks them at the right moment.
    System
A post-job ask for a review, and a referral ask that fires when a customer gives you a happy signal.
    Outcome
More reviews on the profiles homeowners check, and warm referrals you were leaving on the table.

Who it is for. Operators with strong work and thin review counts.

Bundles as. Pipeline. Runs off your job-completion data.

  6. 12

    Advanced attribution reporting

    Problem
You spend on marketing and cannot say which dollar brought the job.
    System
Reporting dashboards keyed to your ad account that tie spend to leads to booked work, so the picture is one place instead of guesswork.
    Outcome
You see what is working and stop paying for what is not.

Who it is for. Operators spending enough that the answer is worth real money.

Bundles as. Pipeline. Builds on the metrics we already track for you.

How pricing works

The number is earned, not invented.

We do not publish prices and we do not sell tiers. Your engagement is built from your business: a setup fee plus a monthly retainer, on a six-month minimum. We assess your business first, configure what fits, then propose. The price is built from real inputs: what you bring in, what you already spend to get work, the kind of projects you build, and the modules you actually need. So the number is earned, not invented.
